The Director of the Bureau for Regional Development Dzemail Elmazi signed contracts in 2013 with the mayors of 13 municipalities to implement projects for development of villages and 14 municipalities for projects relating to the development of areas with specific development needs. The total budget of the project Development Celta for 2013 is 7,422,866.20 and 14,845,732.40 for development projects in areas with specific development needs. “
